Write On Right

By | February 7, 2019

Writing is a kind of spiritual practise. It requires you to be in the moment that you are writing. If you are embarrassed by what you wrote in the past you are not in the moment. If you are worried about what you are going to write next then yo are not in the moment. If you are not in the moment of what you are writing then typos and grammaros dance from your fingers.

Patience does not come easy when you have something to convey. The sense of urgency needs to be removed. Rushing reads like you usually write in Russian. I don’t have time for the copy editing like on past print work. Learn Improv cannot afford an editor (besides an editor would die from grammarphylaxis). Slow down. Children are playing

Another trap is the “fix it in post” attitude that the flexibility of this medium allows. I can go back and fix it later can be 10 years later.
