Here Comes Leslie

This is a very structured story that is more like spoken word than it is sung. The warm up challenges the players listening and remembering skills. It can also be used to encourage a bit of mime. Since there is no way to convey rhythm or meter easily we will just show the structure.

What Happens Next?

The performers will start an open scene and the host will freeze the narrative and literally asks the audience “what happens next.” The performers will make the audience offer happen and continue until they are frozen and called on again.

Die Game

The line of players are tasked with telling a story together. The leader will pick one player to start the story. As long as they are being pointed at (conducted) the player will continue to tell the story. Without warning the leader will switch to another player and that player will seamlessly pick up the story.
