Let’s get in a circle.
All the players in the circle flap their left arms into the circle count with each flap and counting up to 7. Next they all flap their right arm into the circle times. Next their left leg kicks in 7 times and then their right leg 7 times.
The whole limb flapping cycle repeats with the group counting up to 6. Then 5. Then 4. The cycle gets faster and faster and finishing with a resounding 1-1-1-1. Lots of limb flailing fun.
- Throw in some different body parts: hips, head, nose.
