Introduction
You are about to see as series of open scenes only connected by a single offer from the audience. They may weave into story or not.
Description
Once a broad offer is acquired from the audience the players launch into a series of open scenes based on that one offer. There is an acute difference from montage and other long form structures. In a montage the scenes are discrete short from narratives that follow the STEP process and are sorted before the next scene starts. While it resembles long form in that there is only one offer before the montage each scene is discrete and completed. Unlike a series of long form component scenes where the exploration of topic is delicate and nuanced, and sorting out scenes is initially avoided.
None.
Variations
A rapid cycling montage is where each scene is a series of sentences lasting about 20-30 seconds. This could be a short form montage.
