Why is this psychobabble here? Well I was doing some structure research and I noticed that there was a long form structure called Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. I found it on the Improv Encyclopedia.

I really struggled to figure this one out. I love the idea that there would be chairs to signal new settings in a the long form. However I could not comprehend why it was called Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. So I went to the attributed source of the structure Dan Goldstein. Mr. Goldstein returned my email very quickly and pointed out that the title was purely absurdist. Most amusing, I am not so dense after all.
