Retired the old heading

25th Anniversary update is complete. Learn Improv was created in 1994. A four month overhaul finished in May 2019. In this overhaul old structures were re-written, or deprecated, and new structures were added. Hopefully the re-worked Learn Improv will be more useful to both neophytes and experienced improv comedy teachers. -hmm
